Roofing and Cladding

Built up system available in steel and aluminum and a wide range of colours and finishes, this system can provide value for money solutions to providing and insulated, weather proof building. These systems are also successful in the refurbishment market where the outer sheets can be used to over clad old and tired looking industrial buildings.

Flat to Pitch

Eliminate problems caused by worn out flat roofs with a lightweight metal frame, installed over an existing flat roof and clad. Construction time is reduced with excellent value for money, leaving a permanent solution to flat roof problems. This system is suitably for all types of buildings.

Standing Seam and Secret Fix

Standing seam design comes in straight, curved or tapered sheet formats these sheets have a secret fix system, which eliminates the need for fixing through the outer skin.

Composite Panel Roofing and Cladding

Composite panels are used for roofs and walls composed of insulation bonded between a layer of outer and inner metal sheets, producing a panel which eliminates separate operations, (has in built up systems).

This type of panel can greatly speed up installation time on site; composite panels come in many different outer profiles and colours.

Rain Sceen Cladding

This system of cladding comes in a wide range of colours and textured finishes, ranging from primary and pastel colours to metallic finish and are resistant to pollution and vandalism.

Weather Shield Coatings

Roof shield is a resin coatings system that can be applied to metal roof sheets and tiles or concrete, to provide protection against leaks, penetrating damp and deterioration from exposure to the elements.

Roof shield comes in a variety of colours, not only giving protection but also a new look roof.

Liquid Applied Systems

These systems quickly become resistant to bad weather conditions, therefore an ideal product in poor weather without any loss of performance, a fibre mating is applied first wit base coat and top coat finish. Available in different colours, giving a tough permanent water proof finish to flat roofs.

Guttering

Old deteriorating gutters can be replaced with new, or an alternative is a Plygene rubber gutter lining. Plygene is hard wearing and is a cost effective solution for a leaking gutter. Plygene can also be installed with minimum disruption.

Soffits and Fascias

Industrial and commercial - There is a wide range of designs and materials in both soffit and fascia in a selection of colours. All types from bull nose, plank system or sheet metal, all types to suit any building.
